American Plant Exchange does not accept returns, but we guarantee that every plant will arrive Happy and Healthy.

If you are experiencing cold weather, please purchase a heat pack or cold weather packing with your plants.
Items that arrive with cold damage will not be replaced or refunded if a heat pack or cold weather packing was not purchased.

If there is an issue with your plant upon arrival please submit a form in the contact us section immediately with pictures of how the plant and packaging arrived.

All of our plants are guaranteed for 14 days after the date of receipt. If you are having an issue with your plants and your order was placed within the last 14 days, please provide us with the following information through the contact us section: photos of the plant, a description of the problem and your order number.
