Holiday DIY - Making Your Holiday Succulent Snow Globe
The holidays are here, and the Christmas decorations are out! You may be looking for ways to incorporate your love of plants into your holiday decor. Now, there are plenty of wreaths and dish gardens out there, but we wanted to create something truly unique, easy, and of course, festive! We're going to take you step by step on how to make your very own succulent snow globe centerpiece.
- A short pot
- Craft moss
- Fake snow
- Small Pinecones/berries/Christmas decor
- A clear spherical vase that fits the top of the pot
- 3 succulents
Step 1: Planting Succulents
The first step is to plant your succulents in the short pot. Arrange them around the center of the pot, away from the edges.
Once they're in place, tuck the craft moss around them and fill it out to the edges of the container.
Step 2: Add Holiday Decorations
Next, add your berries, pinecones, and any other decor you would like. After you've finished decorating, sprinkle the fake snow over the moss to create a mini winter wonderland!
Step 3: Final Touch For Your Holiday Snow Globe
Now all that's left to do is to carefully place the spherical clear vase over the top and you're done!
Place your snow globe on a coffee table or use it as a centerpiece all December long! This project is an extremely easy way to bring the holiday spirit into your home while fueling your plant obsession!
